Legal Services
Limited legal assistance is provided to older persons who may need help with a simple will, power of attorney, assistance with public benefit appeals, etc.
Eligibility Criteria :
60 years of age and older
Cost of Service :
No fee is charged; contributions are welcomed. (NOTE: Persons
meeting the criteria for assistance through Legal Aid Services of
Southwest Virginia will be referred there. Persons with sufficient
resources are encouraged to utilize a private attorney of their
choice).
Service Area :
Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski Counties; Radford City; and
the Towns of Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Pulaski
