Medical Transportation
Senior Services Inc., New River Valley Agency on Aging’s
transportation services sub-contractor, provides trans-portation to
non-emergency medical appointments.
Transportation services require advance notice.
Eligibility Criteria :
60 years of age and older
Cost of Service :
Fees are charged on a sliding scale after medical deductions are
given.
Service Area :
Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski Counties; Radford City; the
Towns of Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Pulaski
