Virginia Insurance Counseling Program (VICAP)
Insurance counseling services are provided to assist individuals when they need help understanding Medicare, Medicaid, and medical bills, or assistance in making decisions about Medicare Supplement or Long-Term Care insurance.
Eligibility Criteria :
60 years of age and older
Cost of Service :
There is no fee for services.
Service Area :
Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski Counties; Radford City; and
the Towns of Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Pulaski
